Maintenance Lead II

Greencroft Communities

Like working with your hands, fixing things, and keeping things running? We’re looking for a Maintenance Lead who can jump in, take charge, and get the job done.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
On-Call: Rotating evenings/weekends required

Essential Duties:

Handle day-to-day maintenance across campus
Fix issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
Knock out work orders and keep up with preventative maintenance
Help with projects, setups, and seasonal work (including snow removal)
Step in as a leader and help keep things moving

Requirements:

3+ years of maintenance experience
Solid all-around skills (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
Able to lift, climb ladders, and stay active throughout the day
Reliable and able to work on your own
