Job Description Summary:

\ N This position provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. He/She is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.\ N \n

Responsibilities And Duties:

\ N Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).\ N
\n
\nOutcomes Identification/Planning - Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).\ N
\n
\nImplementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals;
as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based on evaluative data (20%).\ N
\n
\nLeadership - Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).\ N

Minimum Qualifications:

\ N BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing\ N \n

Additional Job Description:

State Driver's License. RN - Registered Nurse BLS - Basic Life Support CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Field of Study: Nursing Years of Experience 0\ N \n
