Project/Program Manager Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 6+ Months Rate: $88/hr Program Manager with 15+ years of experience leading successful digital transformation initiatives across Agile, Product Development, Cloud Engineering, and Data Enablement. Guiding product lifecycles and fostering data-driven decision making. Ability to implement Agile methodologies, coach teams, and champion innovative development models for efficient program execution. Managed five platform product lines (Configuration Management, Core Toolchain, Developer Environments, Engineering Insights, Observability) and their direct reports. Candidate should have implemented SAFe PI migrations for over engineering teams, streamlining the CI/CD program by value stream. Should have developed Tableau dashboards for program progress tracking, providing stakeholders with clear visibility. Should have decommissioned legacy infrastructure (Agent-JenkinsVMs & Servers) for resource optimization and improved security. Should have cultivated a continuous improvement culture by coaching 5 direct reports and leading to their promotions. Staffing the Universe
