Geisinger is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our operating room team. The role includes a $7,500 hiring incentive for eligible candidates, up to $5/hr shift differential for evening, night and weekend shifts, and up to $40,000 in financial support to become a nurse. As a Surgical Technologist, you will assist in surgeries, prepare rooms and equipment, and support the surgical team under RN supervision.
