About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead its brand and performance marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning the company's mission into measurable demand, with a focus on building a brand that operators trust and a performance engine that drives a robust marketing-sourced pipeline. Key performance objectives include lifting brand awareness, delivering significant year-over-year growth in the marketing-sourced pipeline, and establishing a full-funnel digital engine that converts leads. The CMO will also be tasked with building a high-performing marketing team, cutting campaign time, and implementing agile processes. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in building B2B or B2B2C brands, particularly in the foodservice, CPG, or industrial distribution sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving substantial pipeline growth through integrated brand and performance programs, as well as hands-on experience with full-funnel digital, attribution modeling, and marketing automation. Essential qualifications include the ability to hire and retain top marketing talent, and experience in presenting marketing strategies and results to a board. The CMO will have a green-field mandate, a direct line to the President, and a seat at every strategic table, making this a pivotal role in the company's growth and success.
