Machinery Mechanic

DutiesYou will demonstrate proper work methods for the group, taking into account established schedules, work priorities, employee capabilities, and workload distribution.You will monitor work in progress to ensure the appropriate work sequence, procedures, and methods are followed and deadlines are met.You will request assistance to resolve problems causing undue disruption of work and report operating problems or causes of delays to higher level supervisors.You will explain unusual work steps or requirements, including directives and instructions received from higher supervision, to subordinates.You will ensure adequate tools, materials, and equipment are available, properly used, stored, and maintained.
