Whats your day like

As the QA/Technical Services Manager at Tree Top your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around ensuring the highest quality and safety standards in our food manufacturing processes. You will oversee quality assurance initiatives implement food safety protocols and lead a dedicated team committed to excellence. Your role will involve regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve quality issues conduct audits and maintain regulatory compliance. On a typical day you can expect to analyze product specifications and conduct inspections as well as maintain documentation related to quality metrics. This role allows you to work across multiple locations working collaboratively with other Quality Managers to ensure consistent practices. Additionally you will provide training to staff on quality practices and continuously assess operational processes for improvement.

Your schedule will generally follow a day shift from Monday to Friday allowing you to enjoy a balanced work-life dynamic while making a meaningful impact in our community-focused environment.

Pay Information

Salary Range: $ annually

Target Starting Range: $115000 to $130000 annually

This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this positions grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors such as experience and if applicable location. Tree Top provides a bi-weekly payroll. This position is eligible for yearly incentive based on company performance.
