Job Description

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives while helping the team maintain organized and effective day-to-day operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, proactive, and interested in developing a career within marketing and business operations. You will work closely with team members on a variety of projects and gain valuable exposure to different areas of marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns and projects.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, reports, and internal documents.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support business initiatives.
• Help organize campaign information, deadlines, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure marketing projects remain on schedule.
• Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Maintain organized records of marketing activities and project information.
• Assist with events, promotional initiatives, and other marketing activities when needed.
• Monitor project progress and communicate important updates to the team.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing department.
