PositionRaleigh Capitol Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy is hiring a full-time, onsite Medical Assistant in Raleigh, NC to keep patient visits running smoothly and support our providers' clinical work. You'll help create a welcoming, efficient experience for every patient while maintaining accurate documentation.Key responsibilities include:- Room and prepare patients for physician visits- Administer injections and assist with in-office procedures (including scopes)- Support pre-op and post-op care, patient education, and minor procedures- Help start provider notes and facilitate patient communication- Assist with appointment and procedure schedulingRequired skills/qualifications: - Medical experience preferred; medical certification not required- Strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort in a fast-paced clinic- Ability to use iPads and EMR systemsBenefitsWe offer a benefits package designed to support you at work and at home, including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, a 401(k), Life Insurance, a Health Savings Account (HSA), and Paid Time Off (PTO).ScheduleMonday - Friday, 8am- 5pm. Throughout the day, you'll document care accurately, communicate updates with providers and team members, and wrap up by closing clinic.
