✅ Assemble mechanical, electrical, and medical device components

✅ Read basic blueprints, work instructions, and production documents

✅ Use hand tools and power tools safely

✅ Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

✅ Perform picking, packing, labeling, and kitting tasks

✅ Maintain accurate production records and paperwork

✅ Work in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment

✔ Assembly, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred

✔ Ability to use basic measurements and hand tools

✔ Strong attention to detail and quality

✔ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

✔ Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Oxford, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
