PTA

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with specialties in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, or Operating Room. The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required. Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Provide case management and hospice care services.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of two years of hospital, home health, or hospice care experience.
• Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Strong interdisciplinary team collaboration abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable automobile for field work.

• Experience in specialized nursing areas such as ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, or Operating Room.
• Additional certifications relevant to specialty areas.

• Must obtain permanent RN license immediately if starting with a compact license.
• Not eligible to return if previously employed with the organization within the last year without a one-year separation.
• Work involves collaboration with multiple healthcare providers and adherence to strict clinical protocols.

• Day shift schedule.
• 40 hours per week guaranteed for holiday weeks.
• Overtime available at 1.5x pay rate.
• On-call not applicable.
