Assurance (20%) Work with Data Team to analyze curriculum effectiveness across all campuses in the portfolio and track progress toward network-wide instructional goals Use assessment data to inform curriculum revisions and improvements, with particular attention to emergent bilingual student outcomes and language development progress Establish quality assurance processes for curriculum materials school staff through professional development and training sessions Professional Development and Field Alignment (15%) Supports network-wide assessment initiatives, including administration of content-area benchmark assessments and state assessment preparation across all assigned campuses Engage in cross‑functional content cohorts and leadership learning communities to stay current on instructional best practices and align with network academic priorities Design professional development that builds teacher capacity to deliver high-quality, linguistically responsive instruction across all classrooms, reinforcing the expectation that every teacher is an EB teacher Leads content-specific professional development for campus leaders and teachers, and partners with the Academic
