HR Assistant

We are looking for an HR Assistant responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:

Reviewing Section 1 for accuracy.
Scheduling I9 meetings.
Completion of I9 verifications (Section 2).
Completes eVerify processing.
Scanning and uploading identification documents.
Scanning and entering Paper I9s into GryphonHR.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

High School diploma or equivalent

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
