Direct Patient Care Technician, Paid Training Provided

Excellent Paid Training Provided No Dialysis or Healthcare experienced required Full-time variable schedule Monday through Saturday, 3-4 times a week, Sundays OFF Provide life-saving dialysis treatments to your patients in an out-patient setting. Help support your patients as they live and thrive while on dialysis! No dialysis experience? No healthcare experience? No problem. You'll start fully paid while receiving training! CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) applicants and MA (Medical Assistant) applicants have found this position especially fulfilling! Some details about this position: You must have a flexible Full-Time schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, rotating Saturdays, and some holidays Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic with a class of new teammates other than your assigned home clinic Hours of work may vary during the training period; however, you will typically be working between 32-40 hours per week during training You must be flexible on the final home clinic placement as it may be in a different location; there is also the potential to float to various clinics during and after your training Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years old Desire to enter the health care field to care for other people in need Must have basic computer skills Must be comfortable working around blood and needles. Physical and mental ability to work long hours (some shifts are 10-12+ hours). Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed. Health care experience a plus including: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification.
