Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans. Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and monitor residents’ conditions with utmost care. Qualifications A valid RN license in New Jersey Experience in Acute care LTC or similar settings required Current/active CPR certification is preferred Effective verbal and written English communication skills Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and work well within a team environment Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure Schedule & Weekend Requirement This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
