Independent Living Support Specialist

Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Arlington, Virginia. DSPs will assist individuals in daily living skills and facilitate their community participation while ensuring their safety and compliance with program regulations. The position requires a minimum of a high school diploma and relevant experience in supporting individuals with special needs. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Training and certifications must be maintained throughout employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
