- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools that enhance accounting and finance workflows
- Streamline manual processes such as reconciliations, reporting, data analysis, and financial forecasting
- Support AI adoption across AP, AR, GL, FP&A, reporting, and compliance functions
- Collaborate with ERP platforms including Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, SAP, or NetSuite
- Develop dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and workflow enhancements
- Assist with data governance, controls, and AI-related risk management
- Train end users and champion organizational adoption of new technologies
- Measure ROI and business impact of AI initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of Accounting, Finance, FP&A, Systems Accounting, or Finance Transformation experience
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, SAP, or NetSuite
- Exposure to AI, automation, business intelligence, data analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of:
- Financial Reporting
- FP&A
- General Ledger
- Internal Controls
- Accounting Operations
- Process Improvement
- Ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and technical teams
- AI implementation projects within finance or accounting organizations
- Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, or similar analytics tools
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- ERP implementations or system upgrades
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or related certifications
