Workstream is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) for the Jimmy John's Management Development Program in Wilmington, DE. This role is designed to equip you with the skills required for a future Assistant Manager position, including training in customer service, inventory management, and team supervision. As a MIT, you will learn to ensure high-quality food service while overseeing a team of up to 50 employees.
