Essential Functions: - Set up and operate CNC waterjet cutting machines, ensuring precise alignment and calibration for each job. - Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production documents to determine cutting parameters and material requirements. - Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments to optimize performance and prevent downtime. - Measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy according to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). - Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards in production, including proper handling of materials and shop tools. - Collaborate with team members on fabrication projects, materials handling, packaging finished products, and assembly line processes as needed. {=html} - Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
