As the Home Hardware Product Lead you will work cross‑functionally to craft products from conception to launch. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally to build stellar user experiences, in beautiful industrial designs with technical innovation, to deliver Google’s strategy for the home, meeting customer and business goals. The Google Home team focuses on hardware, software and services offerings for the home, ranging from thermostats to smart displays. The Home team researches, designs, and develops new technologies and hardware to make users’ homes more helpful. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Develop and execute the Go‑To‑Market (GTM) strategy, engaging with distribution channels to land products with high customer satisfaction metrics. Lead New Technology Investigations (NTI) and longer‑term roadmap ideation to establish the vision for future AI‑forward devices.
