Position Overview As a Sales Consultant at Diamonds Direct, you are your own business owner, with access to a wide range of inventory and top designers in the industry. Our fast‑paced, family‑oriented culture focuses on putting the customer first, and offers endless possibilities for creating unique jewelry experiences. Key Responsibilities Conduct business with an entrepreneurial mindset – you run your own business, and we provide the inventory. Build long‑term relationships with customers, aiming for lifetime loyalty. Stay well‑organized, detail‑focused, and professional in appearance and demeanor. Deliver a luxurious customer experience, keeping their interests top of mind. Collaborate with teammates in a supportive, team‑player environment. Qualifications Previous luxury sales and/or diamond sales experience. GIA certification a plus. Retail experience and a flexible schedule.
