Director, Human Resources - CAD Operations

Director-level HR business partner role supporting the CAD Operations division at a life-science company. Serves as strategic advisor to senior operations executives on organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and business transformation initiatives within a complex, global manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic advisor and coach to Vice Presidents of Operations on talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness
- Partner with business leaders to develop people and organization strategies enabling business transformation and performance
- Lead organizational design, capability assessment, and succession pipeline development for critical roles
- Drive talent strategies spanning acquisition, development, engagement, and retention across global operations
- Leverage workforce data and business insights to inform decision-making and measure people strategy impact
Requirements
- Advanced degree plus 6 years HR experience, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years comprehensive HR experience
- Progressive HR leadership experience in senior business partnership roles within complex global organizations
- Proven ability to advise senior executives on business strategy, organization effectiveness, and transformation
- Track record in talent management, succession planning, organization design, and leadership development
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategies to performance outcomes
- Experience leading organizational change and building matrixed partnerships across business functions
- Manufacturing, operations, or technical organization experience strongly preferred
Compensation: $180,000–$219,500 base
