Job Summary
Challenging and rewarding position to manage renovations of additions, kitchens, baths, outdoor living, and specialty rooms. The "Location Manager" is responsible for managing 2-4 projects and up to 5 personnel simultaneously. 90% of remodeling projects are owner-occupied. Responsibilities include managing homeowner expectations through cleanliness, timeliness and communication.

Duties

• Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks as instructed.
• Communicate clearly and accurately with jobsite workers and office staff.
• Set and meet daily/weekly production goals
• Establish and maintain site safety
• Utilize JobTread project management software

Experience

• Understanding of construction site operations.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Washington driver license
• Non-smoker, clean and neat appearance
• Reliable vehicle
• Professional, positive attitude, self-motivated
• Appropriate hand and power tools for self-sufficiency

•\tEstablish and maintain site safety
•\tDirect carpenters & laborers to perform jobsite duties
•\tManage material deliveries and subcontractors
•\tUtilize JobTread project management software

Experience
•\tProven experience managing residential remodeling or construction projects with a strong understanding of construction site operations.
•\tDemonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
•\tStrong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
