️ Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will bridge the gap between management, field personnel, and clients. You will own the success of your job sites by:

• Leading from the Front: Supervise, direct, and mentor field technicians and CDL operators to build a cohesive, high-performing team.

• Championing Safety: Cultivate a zero-incident safety culture by conducting Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), completing work audits, and ensuring strict compliance with company and client safety regulations.

• Operational Excellence: Assign daily workloads, optimize crew productivity, and coordinate project staffing for maximum efficiency.

• Client Relations: Act as the primary professional point of contact on-site, answering client questions and solving problems on the fly.

• Quality Control & Documentation: Review and accurately complete job sheets, reports, and inspections, while ensuring company equipment and vehicles are maintained flawlessly.

• Proven Leadership: Previous supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).

• Industry Knowledge: Experience with industrial cleaning, vacuum truck operations, and/or high-pressure water blasting is a huge plus.

• Safety-First Mindset: A rock-solid commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

• Strong Communicator: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle administrative paperwork accurately and communicate effectively with clients.

• Flexibility: Ready to tackle the dynamic nature of industrial fieldwork, including working flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.
