Medical Associates Clinic, a comprehensive multispecialty physician-owned group practice located in Dubuque, Iowa, is seeking an additional BE/BC OB/GYN Physician to join our team .

Join an experienced team of 5 physicians on the OB/GYN team. Strong collegiality and collaboration among the departments and with MercyOne Magnet Hospital.

Medical Associates Clinic is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to join our established, physician-owned multispecialty group in Dubuque, Iowa. This is an opportunity to step into a stable, high-demand practice with a clear path to ownership, strong clinical support, and a schedule designed for balance.

Position Overview

• $450K+ first-year compensation + relocation + sign-on

• Physician ownership track with long-term income upside

• Predictable 5-week rotation designed for work-life balance

• Established patient panel with consistent referral flow

Schedule & Practice Structure

Enjoy a structured, highly predictable rotation:

• 3 days clinic , 1 dedicated surgery day

• 1 call day per week

• 1:5 (potentially 1:6) weekend call

• Join 5 OB/GYN physicians and 1 APP in a collegial, team-based environment

• 650+ deliveries annually with steady, reliable volume
