Who We Are Looking For Klapec Trucking Company is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our daily transportation operations. This role is key to maintaining strong communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams. You’ll work closely with dispatch, operations, and customers to ensure shipments run smoothly, questions are answered quickly, and issues are resolved professionally.
