Business Insights Analyst

Working remotely, the full-time Business Insights Analyst will partner with leaders across various functions to produce insights that connect different views of the business, utilizing AI to enhance data synthesis and storytelling. Key responsibilities Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand their decision-making needs Analyze data from commercial, finance, and operational systems to generate insights that unify business perspectives Create repeatable insight outputs and experiment with AI-assisted workflows to streamline analysis processes Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in an analyst, insights, strategy, or consulting role with cross-functional exposure Fluency in at least two areas: commercial (revenue, retention, GTM), financial (P&L, unit economics, FP&A), or operational (throughput, fulfillment, cycle time) Experience using AI tools as a core part of analytical processes Strong storytelling skills, adaptable to various executive audiences Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools; knowledge of SQL is a plus but not essential
