Remote Customer Care Representative

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Remote Customer Care Representative will assist Dental and Vision inbound callers with eligibility, benefit coverage, claims, and provider location inquiries while working a flexible schedule within operational hours of 7:00am to 10:00pm CST. Key responsibilities Servicing inbound callers with information regarding eligibility, benefit coverage, authorizations, and claims Utilizing knowledge of claim adjustments to resolve provider requests and providing feedback on claim issues Supporting enrollment activities and acting as a liaison between clients and Member Services staff to resolve eligibility and appeals issues Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, banking, or retail Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products Ability to work occasional overtime as needed Understanding of dental, vision, and/or medical insurance terminology is preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
