Our Directors don't just manage operations they set the tone for the entire restaurant. From ensuring daily operations run seamlessly to coaching and developing team members, Directors lead by example and create an environment where both guests and team members feel cared for.

What You'll Do as a Director

• Lead from the front: actively participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Set the tone: open/close the restaurant, lead shifts, and act as a key holder
• Deliver excellence: ensure every guest receives immediate, respectful, and exceptional service
• Develop people: train new hires, coach team members, and build future leaders
• Model our culture: be a friendly, encouraging team player who represents Chick-fil-A's standard of hospitality
• Communicate with clarity: use excellent verbal and written communication to guide your team effectively

• Someone with strong people skills and a genuine desire to serve others
• A leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• A strong commitment to food safety, customer service, and operational excellence
• The ability to coach, hold team members accountable, and resolve performance issues with fairness and care
• Prior leadership experience (shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or assistant manager)
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work a flexible full-time schedule
