Kinship Care Coordinator — Leadership & Recruitment

Arlington County Government is seeking a Human Services Clinician III (Kinship Coordinator) to drive policy and practice in kinship care. This role involves leading the identification and assessment of potential kinship caregivers, educating them, and offering technical support. The Coordinator also supervises the Outreach and Recruitment Specialist to develop effective strategies for recruiting and retaining caregivers.
