Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist Outpatient position is available in Shiloh, Illinois. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting care in accordance with regulatory standards. Candidates are required to bring their licensure on the first day. The position requires a minimum of one year of outpatient clinical experience and an active license in the state of Illinois.

- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable license for Illinois; ability to complete continuing education requirements; adheres to discipline-specific state practice act and professional codes of conduct.
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful prior assignment with the agency or organization (highly desired).
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The position involves comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, ensuring documentation accuracy, supervising students as assigned, participating in professional development, maintaining licensure, and following organizational performance improvement initiatives.
