Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Under the leadership of the Unit Manager, Clinical Coordinator, and/or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for planning, directing, assessing, and providing nursing care according to the mission, philosophy, policy, and procedures of the facility. This role demands exceptional knowledge and skill, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility for one's practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety policies.
• Participate in decision-making processes and contribute to team performance.

Schedule

This position requires working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with an average of 312 hours per week.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Two years of nursing experience, including prior travel experience.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
