Skilled in verifying and validating data using API systems and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with established standards. Demonstrates strong expertise in SAP, particularly in maintaining and updating business partner profiles with accuracy and consistency. Proven ability to collaborate effectively, provide operational support, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the Business Partner Support team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Create and maintain Business Partner profiles in SAP, ensuring all supporting documentation meets SOX compliance requirements for new records and updatesReview and analyze legal documents, including IRS filings, SEC filings, Secretary of State (SOS) documents, and merger/acquisition agreements, to ensure accurate data entry and updatesDevelop and maintain spreadsheets to track name and ownership changes with precision and consistencySupport management in the planning, preparation, and execution of system updates and enhancementsIdentify, analyze, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and resolve complex Business Partner Support issues, including integration of new products into existing workflowsMonitor and track daily business partner creations and updates using various reporting toolsPerform additional duties and responsibilities as requiredEducation and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field2–5 years of relevant professional experienceExperience with SAP, Redwood, and Winshuttle preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong understanding of legal document review and data analysisExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyProactive, self-motivated, and capable of quickly learning new systems and processesRequired experience is commensurate with the selected job level:The Associate Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 0-2 years of relevant job related experienceThe Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experienceWorking Conditions:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
