This highlights their crucial role in equipping staff with the necessary skills and resources.Evaluate candidates for new hire classes. Training Delivery : Develop and deliver training programs. New Hire Mentoring and Support : Provide support to new hires during the initial 2 months. Performance Analysis and Training Intervention : Analyze performance data and deliver training interventions.
