Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) –Full time, Part Time or Per Diem | 7 AM–3 PM Shift (Every Other Weekend Required)
Location: North Haledon, NJ

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a reputable long-term care team in North Haledon, NJ. This full-time opportunity is ideal for LPNs who value stability, teamwork, and providing excellent resident-centered care.

Schedule:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Full time, Part time or Per Diem

• Every Other Weekend Required

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans

• Monitor and document changes in resident conditions

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary care teams

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards

• Support residents with professionalism, patience, and compassion

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• Previous long-term care, subacute, or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication and assessment skills

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality care

• Ability to work every other weekend as scheduled
