- Proof of eligibility to work in NYS.
- Three (3) years of customer service experience
- Search computer records/databases and interpret them in connection with inquiries
- Evaluate documentation submitted in connection with inquiries and provide solutions
- Draft accurate and professional emails in response to inquiries
- Respond to inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
- Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Have a keen attention to detail
- Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
- This position is 100% on-site. Telecommuting is not permitted.
- The Department does not provide parking, but the office is accessible by mass transit.
- Interviews will be conducted in person or online based on availability.
- Training will be provided.

- We offer weekly payments via ACH (Automated Clearing House).
- Serving as Prime Vendors to New York State and New York City for over 10 years.
