Nurses care for a diverse patient population, build strong clinical skills, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams in a department that values professional growth, compassion, and meaningful patient connections.As a vital member of our ICU Team, you will:Deliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to individual patient needs.Use your clinical judgment and critical thinking to guide plan-of-care interventions.Support and enhance patient outcomes across various intensive care units.Be a proactive leader and innovator in patient care delivery.Work with advanced technologies and resources that empower exceptional care.To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:Current RN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license)Minimum Two (2) years of RN experience required.Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing programBasic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required)Schedule: Full-Time Day 3x12At Person Memorial Hospital, we believe that exceptional care starts with supporting and rewarding those who provide it.
