Job Description

Client is seeking an experienced Agentforce Product Manager to lead the enterprise Agentforce capability roadmap and product backlog for governed AI agents leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360 as a trusted context layer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of translating business requirements across multiple commercial functions into a prioritized and well-managed product backlog. This role requires strong product management, stakeholder management, strategic prioritization, and hands-on knowledge of AI, CRM, and data platforms.

Reporting to the Director, Product Owner Audience Activation & Marketing Intelligence, the Agentforce Product Manager will manage intake and prioritization, define reusable agent patterns and guardrails, coordinate Data Cloud and AI dependencies, and partner with enterprise AI governance, DDIT Center of Excellence, architects, engineering, security, and business teams to build, validate, release, and operate Agentforce capabilities responsibly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data, Technology, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, AI product management, CRM platforms, automation, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled product delivery, agent workflows, grounding and context, access controls, evaluation, human oversight, and responsible AI governance.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce or comparable enterprise AI and customer data platforms.
• Proven experience managing agile roadmaps and backlogs across business, data, architecture, engineering, security, privacy, legal, risk, and AI governance teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts, risks, constraints, and technical dependencies to business and executive audiences.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, Agentforce, APIs, workflow automation, and enterprise integration patterns is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, agent/model evaluation, prompt and grounding design, monitoring, and incident management is preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or another regulated industry is highly desirable.
