About the Role As an Outbacker at Out West Restaurant Group, you will provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service to guests, enhancing their dining experience. Responsibilities Provide friendly and attentive service guided by guest preferences. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the food and drink menu, confidently recommend and support guests' order selections. Prepare food and condiments according to Outback standards. Ensure accurate guest orders and complete all tasks to WOW a customer. Maintain high standards in food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Support all areas of the restaurant as needed, demonstrating teamwork. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol. Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs. Able to work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift. Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping. Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils, and technology systems. Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment. Visual ability to work with both low and dim lighting. Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
