About the RoleThe Group Product Manager is a strategic people leader responsible for developing, planning, and managing complex products and programs with broad business impact. This role leads and develops a team of Product Managers, translating product strategy into execution while ensuring outcomes align with customer and business needs. The Group Product Manager oversees product budgets, drives best practices across product development and discovery, and guides seamless technology and business transitions while maintaining operational excellence. Drive critical thinking in product backlogs by evaluating desirability, viability, and feasibility, making trade-offs, and helping teams define MVPs and subsequent iterationsDevelop high-performing teams that deliver using modern SDLC best practices and methodologies, ensuring a comprehensive roadmap and backlog across teamsManage the delivery of all customer experience, design, go-to-market, and technology components, partnering with business leaders to secure necessary resources and manage the product/project budget to meet or exceed financial and timing goalsInspire, guide, and motivate others to achieve common goals, successfully influencing stakeholders and navigating complex challenges and dependenciesLead activities to share progress, direction, and feature demonstrations with leadership, using strong influence leadership skills to coordinate technology and design work for on-time delivery.
