Zoho Consultant/ Solution Architect [Remote]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Zoho Consultant / Solution Architect based in United States.

This remote, part-time role is ideal for a technology consultant who enjoys transforming business needs into scalable CRM and automation solutions.
You will work closely with clients to design, customize, and implement solutions across the Zoho ecosystem.
The position combines solution architecture, project leadership, client communication, and technical problem-solving.
You will play a key role in improving business processes through tailored digital solutions and integrations.
The role offers autonomy, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to impactful technology projects.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams while helping organizations optimize their operations through modern business applications.

Accountabilities:

The role is responsible for leading Zoho implementation projects from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions are aligned with client goals, technical requirements, and business processes. The position combines consulting, architecture, project coordination, and ongoing client support responsibilities.

• Partner with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Zoho-based solutions.
• Design, configure, customize, and implement solutions using Zoho applications including CRM, Desk, Books, Projects, Creator, and related platforms.
• Develop technical specifications, solution architectures, implementation plans, and process documentation.
• Lead implementation activities, coordinate with development teams, and provide technical guidance throughout project delivery.
• Conduct testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure reliable solution performance.
• Support clients through training, demonstrations, documentation, and ongoing post-implementation assistance.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery expectations while identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate project records, meeting notes, task tracking, documentation, and progress updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare requirements, proposals, roadmaps, discovery materials, and client deliverables.
• Monitor project hours, resource allocation, and scope changes to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Zoho consulting, CRM implementation, and business process automation, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client-facing projects independently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Zoho Consultant, Solution Architect, or similar implementation-focused role.
• Proven experience delivering successful Zoho CRM and business application implementations.
• Strong knowledge of the Zoho platform, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Creator, and related applications.
• Experience customizing and configuring Zoho solutions to meet unique business requirements.
• Understanding of CRM processes, workflow automation, integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts and technical project delivery practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence working directly with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, document processes clearly, and work independently in a remote environment.
• Zoho certifications, such as Zoho Certified Solution Developer or Zoho Certified Consultant, are highly desirable.
