Additional details on shift differential will be provided if an offer is extended.Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do:Pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens and lab materials; may be asked to cover additional routes as neededCommunicate professionally with doctors, nurses, and lab staff to ensure timely deliveriesSafely operate a company-provided vehicle (non-CDL)Use handheld scanners, route software, and mobile apps to track deliveriesEnsure proper specimen handling, labeling, storage, and documentationComply with all DOT, HIPAA, OSHA, and internal safety standardsComplete office and logistics operations tasks as needed, including training team members, packing and shipping specimens for flights, and other related dutiesQualificationsWhat you need:Valid Driver's license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and documentation of a Motor Vehicle Record with no more than two moving violation convictions within the previous 36-month period, with none in the most recent 12 months.Great customer service and communication skillsStrong attention to detail, with reliable documentation skillsAbility to work independently and problem-solve on the roadComfortable using mobile devices or scanning toolsAbility to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on the move for much of your shiftPrior medical, customer service, courier, or logistics experience is strongly preferredWhat we offer:Competitive hourly payAnnual merit increases and bonus opportunitiesExceptional benefits starting day one – including medical, dental, vision, and more for eligible rolesPaid time off, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and career advancementUniforms providedFull-time and part-time roles available across the U.S.Ready to drive your career forward?Apply now and start a meaningful career with one of the most respected names in the diagnostics industry.About the TeamQuest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.
