Blue Stone Therapy is seeking Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our rehabilitation teams in the Minneapolis metro area .

We currently have two full-time opportunities-one based at Ebenezer Ridges in Burnsville and one Float PTA position supporting multiple locations throughout the Minneapolis metro area . Current Opportunities

• Ebenezer Ridges - Burnsville, MN
  Full-time PTA position providing hands-on rehabilitation services as part of the therapy team at Ebenezer Ridges.
• Minneapolis Metro Float PTA
  Full-time float position supporting Blue Stone Therapy teams and patients at locations throughout the Minneapolis metro area.

What You'll Do

As a PTA, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide individualized treatment that helps patients improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, safety, and functional independence.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing skilled physical therapy treatment in accordance with established plans of care
• Implementing individualized treatment programs focused on functional and measurable outcomes
• Helping patients improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, pain management, and independence
• Monitoring patient response to treatment and communicating progress with the supervising Physical Therapist
• Collaborating with facility staff and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation to support quality patient care and regulatory requirements

Requirements


Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Minnesota Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure

Salary Description


Salary Range: $30 to $36/hour
