Munters is a global leader in climate solutions for mission-critical environments. We're looking for a Service Sales Specialist to support our growing Field Service organization by developing quotes, managing service sales activities, and helping deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs.

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, customer-focused sales professional who enjoys working across Sales, Service, Engineering, Operations, and customers to move projects from quote to completion.

What You'll Do

• Prepare service quotes by defining project scope, costs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Service teams to develop accurate customer solutions.
• Manage service sales contracts and monitor contractual obligations and risks.
• Respond promptly to customer and sales requests.
• Monitor project schedules, scope, costs, and profitability.
• Support pricing, billing, revenue, and cost-to-completion activities.
• Prepare and support contractual claims when needed.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices.
• Ensure sales and service documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Identify and escalate issues quickly and professionally.
• Track lessons learned and share opportunities for improvement with leadership.
• Help ensure customers receive responsive, high-quality service.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working with pricing, contracts, budgets, and project information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
