Production Supervisor

Are you ready for the opportunity of a lifetime? We are seeking a Production Supervisor who oversees and manages multiple priorities across the production area. The role requires strong communication with a focus on direction, coaching, and training, and involves timely decision making that affects efficiency, safety, quality, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and coaching to Production Associates and Machine Operators Assign the production schedule with a focus on on-time delivery and operator efficiency Ensure all employees are up to date and in compliance with training on policies, procedures, and programs Work with Quality, Maintenance, and Management to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production problems Generate ideas and implement changes in processes to increase efficiency, improve safety and quality, reduce costs, and improve employee morale Provide recommendations and inputs into the employee evaluation and disciplinary process Maintain an efficient, accurate, and orderly warehouse to sustain all cGMP and ISO 9001:2015 standards Maintain a safe working environment consistent with Berlin Safety Manual Support branch metrics Serve as a role model for the employer and employee portions of the Berlin Values Other tasks as required Berlin Values Fulfill employee portion of the Berlin Values by demonstrating a strong work ethic, teamwork, loyalty, innovation, productivity, and driving profitable results.
