What We Offer: Competitive Pay : $19-$21/hour + $50 leasing commission per signed lease. Two medical plan options (70% employer contribution). Vision and dental plans (75% employer contribution). Vacation accrual: 10 days/year. Sick time: 1 hour per 40 hours worked. 10 paid holidays. 401(k) Retirement Plan : Discretionary annual company match, available after 6 months of employment during open enrollment (January & July). What You’ll Do: Collaborate with the Residential Services department to support leasing efforts. Travel to homes and apartments (60-80% of your time) to showcase properties and highlight key features. Develop a deep understanding of the local market to optimize marketing strategies and pricing. Tailor property tours to prospective renters’ needs, achieving a 40%+ leasing conversion rate. Process rental applications accurately and efficiently. Provide administrative support to the centralized leasing team, including responding to inquiries and preparing reports. Assist with marketing, including creating social media content, setting up promotional materials, and delivering move‑in gifts. Maintain a polished professional appearance and sales‑focused attitude.
