Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13–26 weeks) | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a NICU setting with expected patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on acuity
• Document patient care and clinical assessments using Epic electronic health records
• Participate in variable weekend shifts as part of the standard schedule
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted location as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (local candidates may be considered at a different rate)
• Must submit all time-off requests and scheduling needs upfront at the time of submission — post-offer RTO requests may not be granted
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Background must be clear; facility does not accept background hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience welcome; first-time travelers are accepted
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Experience in a teaching hospital or high-acuity NICU environment
