Customer Service Representative (Billing & Accounts)

Green Meadows Partners is recruiting on behalf of a growing organization in Oak Ridge, TN seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join its team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and staying organized in a fast-paced office environment. The right candidate will provide excellent customer service while supporting billing, account activity, invoicing, and day-to-day administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication via phone, email, and in person
• Assist customers with billing questions and account activity
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately and efficiently
• Support accounts receivable functions, including posting payments and maintaining records
• Complete daily administrative tasks including invoicing, cancellations, reinstatements, and account notices
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
• Recommend products or services based on customer needs when appropriate
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, billing, administrative support, or a related role preferred
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
• Comfortable multitasking and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic accounting or accounts receivable experience is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus, but not required
• Strong computer and organizational skills
