About the Role

The Company is seeking a Dean for its College of Education and Social Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision for the college, fostering a culture of academic excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and social services. The Dean will oversee the development and implementation of academic programs, research initiatives, and community engagement activities. Additionally, the role involves managing faculty and staff, promoting diversity and inclusion, and building partnerships with external organizations. Applicants for the Dean position at the company's College of Education and Social Services should have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field, a strong record of scholarly achievement, and a proven track record in academic and administrative leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, and securing external funding.
