CX Delivery Excellence Product Lead

About the Role Workday’s Chief Customer Officer seeks an experienced professional to collaborate with the Customer Experience Organization, driving integrated service product strategy and execution excellence. The role serves as a trusted advisor to the EVP, works closely with the Chief of Staff, and leads cross‑functional initiatives. Responsibilities Align products and services with leaders across the CX organization and lead matrixed teams. Collaborate with senior leaders across product, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product development and launch. Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events and conferences. Lead key operational initiatives and manage strategic projects from concept to launch, including pricing, packaging, and channel strategies. Conduct research for investment, M&A, technology, and business improvement opportunities. Develop product roadmaps, business cases, and go‑to‑market strategies. Advise leaders on strategy direction and initiatives. Partner with the EVP of CX on organizational changes, leadership alignment, and process improvements. Prepare executive‑level communications, materials, and presentations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 3+ years of management consulting experience at MBB/Big 4 firms. Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor). Experience advising on strategic initiatives for complex projects. Strong executive presence, collaboration skills, and understanding of CX functions. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, problem‑solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Pay Transparency Base pay range for the primary location (USA): $168,000 – $252,000 USD. Additional US locations: $140,600 – $252,000 USD. The role may also be eligible for a bonus plan, commission, and stock grants. Flexible Work Workday combines in‑person and remote work. Employees spend at least 50% of their time each quarter in the office or with customers, prospects, and partners.
